Bamboo Works is an international recruitment and staffing firm with a young and ambitious team, dedicated to empowering remote professionals and providing top-tier staffing solutions to clients worldwide. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders to support daily operations. As our Executive Assistant, you will take ownership of key administrative tasks, streamline day-to-day processes, and provide essential support to the executive team. Your contributions will be vital in keeping everything organized and efficient, allowing the team to focus on driving growth and achieving success.
- Part-time: 20 hours per week to start (potential to grow into full-time)

- Working Hours: Between 9 am - 6 pm Philippine time (flexible)
- Monthly Starting Salary: $400
What You’ll Do:
- Administrative Support: Handle document organization, oversee team time tracking on Hubstaff, and provide executive assistance as needed.
- Financial Operations: Assist in invoicing, administrative tasks, and salary payments.
- Research & Applications: Research relevant events, awards, and opportunities, and manage applications for competitions and collaborations.
- Travel & Scheduling: Coordinate travel itineraries and assist with calendar management.
- Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with the company founders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting key business initiatives.
- Marketing & Design: Take charge with marketing tasks, content creation, and design work as needed.
Who You Are:
- University Thinking Level: Holds a bachelor's degree.
- Highly Resourceful & Independent: Able to figure things out with minimal instructions, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
- Experienced Executive Assistant: Has extensive experience assisting executives or founders of international organizations.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working for a staffing, outsourcing, or BPO company is highly preferred.
- Organized Multitasker: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep operations running smoothly.
- Financially Savvy: Comfortable handling financial operations, including invoicing and salary payments.
- Strong Communicator: Able to hold the founders accountable for their deliverables and agreements, ensuring alignment and progress.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and adapt to the latest technologies and AI tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, from financials to travel plans.
- Adaptable & Proactive: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling changing priorities.
- Marketing & Design Experience: Familiar with marketing tasks and has a basic understanding of design tools and content creation.
- Nice-to-have: experience in using AI tools (Relevance, Open, MakeAI)
