What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively engage with potential clients via social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok).
- Utilize pre-scripted messages to initiate conversations and generate interest in the insurance services.
- Schedule qualified appointments for insurance consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and appointment scheduling activities.
- Analyze the effectiveness of messaging and outreach strategies.
Who You Are:
- Experience in social media outreach and direct messaging.
- Understanding of the insurance industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow pre-set scripts and adapt to different communication styles.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology.
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexible scheduling.
- Fluency in English is required.
