Machine Learning Engineer (remote)
The successful candidate will work as a Machine Learning Engineer with data scientists to develop, automate, and optimize quantitative models that drive AI-powered solutions for businesses. This role will play a key part in building and managing models that enhance decision-making processes and overall AI implementation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine and validate statistical, machine learning, optimization, and simulation models.
- Automate and maintain workflows for model training, testing, and deployment, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Develop modular and flexible deployment pipelines, making it easy to adapt workflows to future use cases.
- Oversee infrastructure and tooling necessary for effective model training and predictions, optimizing cloud or on-prem resources.
- Build and maintain real-time data integrations via REST APIs, enabling seamless access to insights for business users.
- Create user-friendly visualizations and dashboards that deliver actionable insights from models.
- Work closely with the broader engineering team to make core infrastructure improvements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models from development to deployment, including platform maintenance and support.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in software engineering with 3-5 years experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Python (preferred), R, or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience working with Linux in virtualized or distributed server environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize complex systems.
- Experience in back-end development and deploying scalable machine learning solutions.
