Sales Representative (remote)
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Salesperson to join our client’s team, a leading Singapore-based company specializing in algorithmic trading. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to making sales calls throughout the day, promoting both existing and custom-developed trading systems to institutional clients. This full-time role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and sales calls daily to sell trading systems and trading algorithms.
- Promote and sell both existing trading systems and custom-developed solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the research and development teams to stay updated on new products and innovations.
- Provide clients with detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Track sales performance and report on sales metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial or trading sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience with cold calling and making high-volume sales calls, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
- Familiarity with algorithmic trading and trading systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
