We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist/Cold Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a real estate company based in Bali, and will play an active role in navigating the challenges of establishing their sales pipeline from scratch and driving their real estate projects to new heights.

- Monthly Starting Salary: $800+commissions, flexible depending on candidate’s level of experience

Key Responsibilities:
Research and Targeting:
- Conduct market research to understand market trends and target audience.
- Identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the client’s real estate projects.
Data Collection and List Building:
- Gather contact information from various sources.
- Segment collected data for targeted outreach.
Outreach Channels:
- Send personalized emails to potential leads.
- Conduct cold calls to engage potential investors.
- Engage with prospects through social media channels like LinkedIn.
Automation and Tools:
- Manage lead interactions using CRM systems.
- Automate follow-up emails to ensure consistent outreach.
- Monitor and analyze outreach performance.
Follow-Up:
- Consistently follow up with interested or non-responsive leads to nurture relationships.
Qualification and Conversion:
- Assess lead quality through lead scoring.
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
- 5-10 years of experience in cold acquisition and lead generation.
- Preferably specialized or experienced in raising financial resources for real estate projects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and adjust outreach strategies.
