Virtual Assistant (VA) - Podcast Coaching at Bamboo Works

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Virtual Assistant to assist a podcast coach in growing their podcast business. The role involves supporting with podcast editing, publishing, and clip creation using the Riverside platform. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about personal development, spirituality, and conscious leadership, with a willingness to grow alongside the business. As the VA, you’ll start by handling essential podcasting tasks and take on more responsibilities as the business expands.

• Part-time: 10 hours per week to start (will grow into more hours)
• Remote job
• Working hours: Flexible, between 9 am - 5 pm Bali time (WITA)
• Monthly Starting Salary: $200

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow a standard procedure for editing and publishing podcasts using Riverside.
• Create clips from podcast episodes for promotional use.
• Manage repetitive tasks to streamline the podcast production process.
• Posting on social media.
• Booking guests for the show and the podcast show of clients.
• Take initiative in handling additional tasks as the business grows.
• Support with administrative duties related to podcast management.
• Communicate closely with the podcast coach to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• No need for advanced video editing experience; willingness to learn is key.
• Interest in spirituality, personal development, and conscious leadership.
• Reliable, curious, a fast learner, and honest.
• Experience or familiarity with Riverside or other podcasting software is a bonus.
• Quick thinker, proactive, and able to adapt to new projects.
• Passionate about learning and taking on new challenges.
