Customer Service & Sales Represenative at BeachWave Travel

Our company is looking to fill the role of customer service & sales representative. 

Responsibilities

Promptly answer phones calls

Create and maintain customers quote/price sheets if applicable

Input customer requests in the system

Manage and offer any sales or promo programs

Assume responsibility for additional tasks if requested

Work closely with  Marketing, and changing trends to ensure customer satisfaction

Receive and service customer calls regarding all aspects of the sales process,  ask all needed questions to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency of requests.

Qualifications for customer service & sales representative

Courteous customer contact skills

General PC and Google Work Space knowledge

Three to four years of customer service experience - preferably in a related field

Excellent computer skills and ability to multitask

Experienced CSR

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Laptop/ Computer with reliable internet service
