The successful Candidate will be responsible for providing medical and laboratory services, including patient coordination, laboratory procedures, and data analysis for our organization. The Candidate will need to have a strong understanding of regulatory and technical laboratory requirements to ensure accurate results and protocol compliance.
We are looking for someone who has an excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as great problem-solving capabilities. An ideal Candidate should also work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Specific duties will include:
• Performing technical laboratory analysis/procedures on human specimens
• Patient coordination activities
• Proactively updating regulatory requirements
• Compiling data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Analyzing data to support research initiatives
• Maintaining the laboratory operations in accordance with Health and Safety regulations
• Keeping up to date with new technology and instrumentation
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1+ year of experience or equivalent education/training laboratory experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to interact well with all levels of stakeholders
• Flexible, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proven experience working with a team
• Ability to work well autonomously
