In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to clients seeking assistance from our organization. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and understanding in all interactions. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the intake process for new clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong desire to help others. Previous experience working in a social service or non-profit organization is preferred. A high level of organization and attention to detail is a must. The ability to problem solve, utilize resources effectively, and work independently is essential.
