Order Entry Specialist at Better Hearing Centers, Inc.
- Position: Order Entry Specialist
- Receive and process orders from healthcare professionals for hearing aids, accessories, and other related products
- Verify accuracy and completeness of orders, including product, quantity, and pricing
- Enter orders into the company's database and update existing orders as needed
- Communicate with suppliers to track order status and ensure timely delivery
- Serve as a liaison between healthcare professionals and the company, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions or concerns
- Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory management
- Generate and send invoices to customers for payment processing
- Keep track of backorders and work with suppliers to fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely billing for orders
- Keep track of product updates, availability, and pricing changes and communicate them to healthcare professionals as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in order entry or related administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hearing healthcare industry is a plus
