What you'll do:
- Be the go-to expert for applications like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Groove.
- Implement and maintain a seamless sales funnel strategy with our Revenue Operations Manager.
- Strategically integrate systems across departments to meet organizational needs.
- Manage current and future integrations with sales, marketing, and reporting platforms.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and implementing new software releases.
- Lead Salesforce administration, customization, and maintenance, ensuring peak performance.
- Translate business requirements into effective solutions and document processes for clarity.
- Work closely with a collaborative team and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Bonus points for experience with additional tools like Apollo, Showpad, and Google Analytics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with deep knowledge of Salesforce tasks.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application portfolios (B2B software background preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL/MySQL, Apex class, and triggers.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
