Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the Event Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing strategic marketing plans for our events. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, creative thinking, and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events and marketing, and a desire to be part of a growing company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for events

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for event promotions

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

• Assist in the creation of event materials such as invitations, advertisements, and signage

• Coordinate with vendors and partners to secure event sponsorships and partnerships

• Support event logistics, including set-up, break-down, and on-site event management

• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and ensure their satisfaction

• Maintain event databases and track marketing ROI

• Other duties as assigned by the marketing manager or event coordinator

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

• Previous experience in event planning or logistics is a plus
