The Role
We’re looking for a Research Product Analyst to bridge the worlds of market research, product development, and AI. You’ll bring deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research workflows to help our tech team analyze new features, validate releases conceptually, and ensure our platform’s AI outputs align with real research logic.
This role is perfect for someone who loves technology but thrives on understanding how researchers think and work. You’ll act as the research voice within the product team, evaluating new features, helping shape use cases, and keeping the team informed on emerging tools and innovations shaping the future of insights technology.
Responsibilities
- Feature & Workflow Analysis
Review and analyze platform features through a research-practitioner lens. Translate research needs into clear product use cases and practical recommendations. - Evaluation & User Acceptance Review
Support user acceptance reviews for new releases by testing workflows and outcomes from a research perspective, ensuring features function logically for real research use cases. - AI Output Review & Feedback
Collaborate with product and data teams to review AI-driven outputs. Provide feedback on relevance, interpretation quality, and alignment with real-world research practices. - Market & Competitor Awareness
Track emerging tools, methodologies, and innovations in the market research and insights industry. Share findings to inspire product and AI improvements. - Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to embed research best practices and ensure new developments meet user expectations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in market research, research operations, or product analysis.
- Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research workflows.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; able to assess data quality, logic, and workflow consistency.
- Interest in AI-driven insights and willingness to learn how AI is applied in research platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious about emerging tools and trends in the insights industry.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with or around research technology platforms.
- Understanding of how automation and AI are transforming research workflows.
- Experience in a startup or small-team environment
