This is a contractual position with a base gross monthly fee, high commission rates, and additional incentives for new logo sales.
This role will be aligned with our UK office and work within the UK time zone.

The role
We’re looking for a Country Head for France—someone with a strong background in qualitative research who’s also business-minded, commercially driven, and ready to take ownership of our operations and growth in France.
In the early stages, you’ll be hands-on, leading research projects and working directly with clients to ensure seamless project execution using BoltChatAI. As our business grows, you’ll shift focus towards building and managing a team of researchers and operational staff, allowing you to take a more strategic role in scaling the business.
This isn’t just about managing research. It’s about leadership, business development, and building a sustainable, high-growth business. The ideal candidate will have the drive and expertise to expand our client base, close deals, and establish BoltChatAI as the go-to provider for AI-driven qualitative research in France.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Growth of BoltChatAI in France: You will spearhead the development of our French operations, serving as the face of BoltChatAI in the market. You’ll work closely with global teams to align strategies and drive growth.
• Operational Project Delivery (Initial Focus): Initially, you’ll take on the role of delivering research projects hands-on, managing the entire process using BoltChatAI’s platform, and ensuring high-quality results for our clients.
• Sales & Business Development: Use your expertise in market and consumer research to close deals. You’ll be responsible for nurturing leads, creating compelling pitches, and building relationships with new clients.
• Team Leadership: As the business grows, you will recruit and build a team of research managers and salespeople to handle operational tasks and research delivery, allowing you to focus on scaling and expanding the business.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: You’ll be hands-on with clients, delivering tailored qualitative research solutions through BoltChatAI, attending client pitches, and preparing customized proposals.
• Champion BoltChatAI: You’ll passionately represent the unique value of BoltChatAI to potential clients and partners, demonstrating how conversational AI is changing the future of research.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned professional in qualitative market research with 10+ years' experience , with a proven track record in designing, managing, or moderating studies.
- A commercially driven leader with experience in business development, capable of driving sales and building relationships with clients.
- You understand the market research industry inside and out, with subject matter expertise that enables you to consult and sell effectively.
- A self-starter with the ambition and initiative to build a business from the ground up and a leader who can inspire a team.
- You have a strong network in the research, insights, or marketing sectors, and are confident in using it to open doors and drive growth.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable working with AI-driven platforms, and excited by the possibilities of innovative technologies like BoltChatAI.
