About the Role
Ready Games is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Community to lead our efforts in building and nurturing a vibrant and engaged community. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the web3 and gaming space, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in community management and growth.
- Create and execute a comprehensive community strategy aligned with Ready Games' goals, driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand advocacy.
- Build and manage online communities across platforms, moderate channels (such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and others) and foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Oversee content creation and plan community campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
- Organize and manage online and offline community events, and partner with influencers and community leaders.
- Work with marketing, product, and development teams, collect and analyze community feedback, and provide insights to improve products and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies in the web3 space.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the web3/crypto industry, with a focus on community management.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with community management platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and more.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience in content creation, including writing and light video editing.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in blockchain, web3, and gaming.
- Proven ability to analyze community data and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Passion for crypto and a strong belief in its potential to change the world.
