We are looking for a Social Media Manager for a company of a trusted and accurate source of cryptocurrency market capitalizations, pricing, and information. Based in the United States, this company provides up-to-date data to millions of individuals, organizations, and exchanges worldwide.
Candidate Requirements
These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Social Media Manager role
- Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media posts and campaigns
- Previous experience in the crypto industry (i.e., Tokens, DeFi, Crypto Exchanges, Meme Coins, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media management tools like SproutSocial, Google Analytics, Monday.com, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively
- Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor, or Master Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Language Requirements: Fluent/Native in English
- Based in Europe/Dubai is highly preferred, due to co-worker locations/meeting time (Team is based across America, Europe, and SEA/East Asia)
Job Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day operations of the company’s social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, etc.)
- Engage in online conversations with the company’s social community about our services
- Ideate unique and engaging social media ideas and campaigns
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and target audiences
- Track performance metrics, measure the success of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Continue to grow current social channels, identify new platform opportunities to continue expansion, and identify opportunities and/or potential issues
- Strategize and coordinate social media distribution of new research reports published daily and new product releases
- Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels
