Bozman Sign Company is looking for a distinguished Administrative Assistant. This role will report to the Director of Operations and will play a crucial role in the company's success!
Responsibilities include:
* Answer customer questions via phone call and email, take and process orders, and address complaints
* Schedule appointments for customers and maintain calendars
* Collate and distribute mail
* Scan, file, and other clerical tasks as assigned
* Prepare memos, emails, invoices, and reports
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Assist Accountant with light bookkeeping
* Write and edit documents and draft memos
* Assist with payroll and invoices
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
* Ideal candidate will have experience with a service based organization
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks preferably
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
* Friendly personality and eager to help customers
