Our client is a leader in Edtech industry in India. They are currently looking for Managers to lead a team of Operations associates – content. This would be a 6 month engagement on contract basis post which our client may decide to absorb the candidates on the payroll.

Good To Have: Managing cross-functional projects, planning, organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple categories and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes. OR Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and affiliation management. Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits. OR Experience in B2B inside sales.
Requirements:
· 4+ Years of experience in management consulting firms AND/OR program management experience in new-age startups
· An analytic drive to support decisions with data, and the ability to make data digestible to diverse audiences Experience in diagnosing friction in teams, moving them to good, and going above and beyond to ensure the desired level of functioning
· High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
