CareerDubai is seeking an ambitious and articulate Business Development Partner to lead our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will shape our marketing and business development strategy, build a robust sales pipeline, develop relationships with prospective customers, and generate lasting value for our organization.

As a Business Development Partner, you will:
• Strategize and develop sales strategies to ensure long-term growth in sales, revenue and market share
• Establish partnerships with existing and potential accounts to increase sales
• Manage existing customer relationships while looking for new opportunities
• Utilize CRM, email campaigns, and other digital marketing platforms to increase customer engagement
• Analyze competitor positions and trends to identify areas of opportunity
• Create compelling presentations, business models, and executive summaries to the executive team
• Monitor customer feedback and responding accordingly
• Assist with the development and implementation of processes related to sales
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales/business development/marketing
• An understanding of the Dubai market and industry trends
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized, with a strong aptitude for problem solving
• Ability to think outside the box and strategically drive sales
