We are a fast growing car accessory brand working in an exciting niche. We have over 200,000 followers on social media already alongside a strong business with sales channels including D2C, Amazon, Vending and Wholesale, selling our brand products into major retailers such as TheRange, Halfords and Asda
Job Responsibilities
-Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement and brand awareness with our customers and followers
–Hands on day to day management of all social media assets including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more
-You will be the voice (and in some circumstances the face!) of our brand and will be responsible for delivering our brand message and values to our customers
-Align our social media platforms with our marketing plan to ensure consistency of message and brand positioning
-Work with our amazing teams of micro influencers who champion our brand to drive awareness, content and engagement
-Source and work with macro/paid influencers directly and with agencies across our social platforms
-Responsible for creating and directing high quality brand content with influencers and customers via UGC and paid collaborations with professional content creators
-You will also be responsible for planning and expanding our visible community presence including hosting and exhibiting our products at trade shows across the UK (and possibly beyond!)
-Drive PR and brand exposure through trade and national press opportunities and bloggers/vloggers
-Able to report on actions and performance within your role including working to and achieving agreed KPIs
-You will be responsible for your own budget to manage and achieve your goals

-As an absolute self starter, you will not need asking or telling to do the job! This is a very autonomous role, we will agree goals and you’ll be given all the tools and support to achieve them!
-A love for social media and people, you will be bright, articulate and enjoy meeting and engaging with people including customers and suppliers
-Ideally you will have a passion for cars (of all types, not just the fast ones!)

-This is a predominantly home based role - we can provide allowance for local flexi-office options depending on location and candidate
-You will be able to access our Leeds based team and logistics centre on a regular basis
Skills and Qualifications
-An absolute minimum of 3+ years experience in a social media management role within an SME
-Whilst a degree or qualification in the space would be ideal - we believe as much value should be given to your prior experience, ambition and background
-Able to evidence strong oral and written communication skills
-You can show a deep understanding of social media, the role it plays for a business like ours and how to utilise it for growth
-Preference is given to someone who can evidence the planning of a social media strategy and hands on execution of it within an SME/Entrepreneurial business
-Your current role must be hands on, and you must have a desire to continue planning and directly executing the strategy - this is NOT a role to be farmed out to agencies and managed from afar, you will be the brand ambassador
-Some experience of running events or shows, of any size and as importantly a hunger to be part of this space
