Euroresins is part of the Cathay Group. We are looking for a self-employed Area Sales Manager or Agent to promote and sell a full range of our products and services optimizing entrepreneurial result in the defined geographical area.
The role will be self-employed with a £30,000 retainer and an opportunity to earn uncapped commission on sales.
Key Tasks:
- Maintain and increase current business in the defined geographical area in strong partnership with telesales.
- Ensure full product range is sold to all customers.
- Define and propose sales budget and achieve agreed sales budget.
- Support sales management to create accurate forecast.
- Optimize area potential and actively research for new customers.
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers to enable opportunity for growth.
- Ensure that market information is provided to telesales, purchasing and others.
- Develop action plans
- Ensure product knowledge is up to date.
- Act as a trainer for other internal staff.
- Analyse customer buying patterns.
- Resolve customer complaint handling.
