Mercian Logistics is part of the Cathay Investments Group and we are looking for someone to join our friendly team as an Warehouse Operative & Counterbalance Driver based at our site in Ross.
The Warehouse Operative & Counterbalance Driver will involve:
- Ensure customer goods are loaded and unloaded carefully, identifying any damages or missing items
- Ensure deliveries are scanned and put into correct run locations
- Make sure all items are scanned correctly and loaded as per APC load plans
- Follow the agreed procedure for unloading vans each night, signing off correctly, and complete the warehouse sweep to ensure no items left in the warehouse
- Ensure the warehouse is kept tidy at all times
As an Warehouse Operative & Counterbalance Driver you will have:
- Relevant experience within a similar role, or previous experience of working within a process led environment
- Proven ability to work with minimum of supervision
- Good communication skills
- Good time management and planning skill
Tuesday to Saturday 04:30 - 13:30
As an Warehouse Operative & Counterbalance Driver an FLT licence is required for this role.
