- Define and Spearhead Operational Excellence: You're not just part of the strategy; you're making it happen. From go-to-market strategies and customer success frameworks to financial processes, your work lays the foundation for our expansion.

🌟 Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years experience in Operation, Senior Sales, Venture Capital, Finance or a previous Chief Of Staff (mega bonus points).
- Have a Masters? Incredible! Bachelors? Awesome! Experience over education? No worries!
- Excellent English Proficiency.
- A solid foundation in operations, investment banking, or venture capital, ideally with experience in a technology driven sector, or start up.
- An analytical mind, capable of dissecting complex data to uncover insights that drive our strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-growth tech environment, demonstrating your ability to navigate the intricacies of scaling an innovative company.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders from the CEO of a Fortune 20 company to our local community with the same level of comfort and authenticity.
- Willingness to travel.
- This role is primarily remote and ideally you’ll be based in the EU.
