Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively.
- Assist customers with order placements, account management, and product/service inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while speaking with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools.
