Retail Stock Associate/ Cashier at Channel Partners Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and organized by receiving, unpacking, and arranging merchandise.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide information about promotions and store policies.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, processing sales transactions accurately and handling various payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment by regularly tidying up shelves and displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including conducting counts and reporting any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a cash register and point-of-sale systems.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
