We are looking for an individual to join our Operations Team based out of our 22,000 sq ft facility in Aston, Birmingham.
This is a demanding and exciting role for the right person which involves looking after a number of field teams and planning complex and on demand routes to maximise efficiency for the business and customers. You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be a great communicator - verbally, on the phone and through online chat channels.
As a tech led business you must be proficient at using technology.

Requirements:
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and think independently
- High level of efficiency using a computer and technology products
- Ability to be flexible with some early starts and one in two Saturday (day off in lieu)

Pay:
- £20,995 starting salary (42.5 hours + 1 hour break). Example shift 7am to 4:30pm.

This role is based out of our Aston facility (B7 6EU). Facilities are Grade A office with a large fitout underway ensuring best in class on site facilities are available. You may be required on occasion to work from our Head Office in the city centre (B3).
