Founded in 2016, clevergig is the #1 on-demand scheduling tool for temp and freelance agencies in the Netherlands. Our Software as a Service (SaaS) solution serves more than 150 agencies and 35,000 workers. Next to scheduling, we offer indispensable add-ons such as Time Tracking and (reverse) Billing. How does this help our customers? Many of them still use Excel-sheets, WhatsApp or older software to manage their flexible workforce. Upon switching to clevergig, we automate a ton of work and remove barriers for the agency to grow faster. The last few years we organically doubled in size and we are looking to broaden our presence in the Dutch temp agency space.

What skills are we looking for? 🤘
- 3+ years experience developing scalable backend with Ruby on Rails
- Experience in building RESTful services, working with message queues, and batch processing applications
- Experience with the AWS ecosystem
- Experience with relational databases
- Proactive attitude, problem solver. Willing to collaborate with others
- Proficient in English

What can you expect from us in return?
- 4 day work week (32h/week)

Compensation: €3.500 - €4.500 depending on seniority
Location: We're based in Amsterdam and our Product development is based in Kyiv. We are looking for people who are able to join us in one of the offices 1-2 times a week
