The Opportunity
- Work on the Core system (Mona) integaration, connecting patient data with Clinomic machine learning solutions
- Collaborate with Clinomic Frontend, DevOps, Interoperability, AI, and other team members and integrate requirements and results as fast, reliable, and maintainable code in the Mona backend
- Coordinate external technical partners for integrations with 3rd-party systems
- Create and maintain the Mona architecture and software documentation
- Design and implement the REST API connecting Mona terminals to the backend
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, primarily (but not exclusively) within the Backend team
- Ensure end-product quality by implementing and executing development best practices
About you
- You have worked as a software engineer in industry for a minimum of 5 years
- Experience in end-to-end software development from idea to market-ready, tested, and maintainable code
- You are pragmatic in your decisions and know how to avoid scope creep and going down rabbit holes
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Proficiency in Python and ideally Django and machine learning libraries
Bonus points, if
- Graduate degree in Computer Science
- Work experience in a regulated field (medical devices, automotive, aerospace, ...)
- Ideally: work experience in the medical field
