The Opportunity
- Working on day-to-day operational business
- Work on process workflows and SOP's relating to HR
- Assistance to the department with ERP implementation and integration
- Support on- and offboarding procedures and documentation
- Support in recruitment related tasks like organisation of appointments, maintaining our ATS, filtering qualified candidates
- Assistance in addressing employee questions in a timely manner
About you
- Currently enrolled as a student in a German university with focus in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology
- Open for interdisciplinary activities
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work independently and on your own initiative
- Readiness to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
- Self-confident presentation and open-mindedness in dealing with people
- Available for atleast for the next 6 months
