Location: 100% Remote (Must be licensed in 5+ states, including Florida & Illinois)

Primary Responsibilities:
π Patient Care: Review medical histories and make informed decisions about patient care.
π Knowledge: Teach patients about weight loss strategies, medications, and healthy lifestyles.
π Communication: Provide an outstanding patient experience mainly through chat and text channels
π Decision Making: Utilize your judgment to approve treatments based on safe best practices.
π Process Improvement: Help us evolve and make our service even better for patients.
π Leadership: Grow into a leadership role, coordinating and mentoring future hires.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years under your belt in direct patient care
- Understands how to make people feel heard and supported through chat / text π
- Thrives with diligent and thorough medical documentation for each patient encounter
- Is tech savvy, patient and quick to grasp new and evolving business systems
- Is ambitious and excited about long-term involvement and growth in a startup environment
