Project Specific Skills:
● Required Skills (Must Have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying
to this role)
o Deep technical knowledge / understandings of L2 / L3 networking protocols and
technologies (VPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
o Strong Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K platform knowledge and hands-on experience
o Knowledge of overlay technologies VXLAN, BGP EVPN, OTV, LISP
o knowledge and understandings of Cisco SDN based technologies such as Cisco ACI,
Cisco Programmable Network Portfolio (Standalone VXLAN-Fabric) and DCNM.
● Desired Skills (Good to have as value add to this role)
o Familiar with computing, virtualization, and container environments (Cisco UCS,
Hyperflex, VMware, Microsoft, Kubernetes)
● Education &/ Additional Certifications
o Degree/ Masters
o CCNP, CCIE (R&S / DC)
o VCP, AWS, CKA (Good to have)
