As a Sales & Closer for provider networks, your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle:
Finding Potential Providers: You'll be a master of market research and lead generation, identifying healthcare providers who align with our clients' network strategies. This means digging into specialties, geographical coverage, and quality of care to pinpoint the best fits.
Initial Outreach & Engagement: You'll connect with potential providers through phone, email, and other channels, introducing them to the organization and gauging their interest in joining the network.
Building Strong Relationships: Cultivating lasting relationships with providers and their staff is key. This involves understanding their needs, promptly resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service to foster trust and partnership.
Presenting the Value: Clearly and concisely articulating the compelling benefits of joining our clients' networks to potential providers.
Addressing Concerns: Actively listening to provider concerns and objections, demonstrating empathy, and effectively problem-solving to overcome hurdles.
Finalizing Partnerships: Ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete to successfully onboard providers into the network.
