Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing daily front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department or person.
• Provide accurate information to visitors regarding services, office locations, and other inquiries.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and request replenishment when needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying as required.
• Uphold security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and office management software.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
