As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within our warehouse or distribution center. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment to move products and materials safely.
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and containers.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure safe operation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during material handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure easy access and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices related to forklift operation.
• Ability to lift heavy itemS and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to read documents and labels.
