As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, resolve inquiries, and provide a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive demeanour, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services or products when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
