We are looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing assistance and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve complex inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of promotions, current offerings, and company updates to effectively assist customers.
- Meet performance targets related to call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software; experience with CRM applications is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
