Warehouse Associate at Consulting Advantage Ltd

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Associate to help with the daily operations of our warehouse. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, supporting order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and store incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training new staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
