Package Sorter at Contractors Burbank Inc.

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Package Sorters. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting and preparing packages for delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your efforts will help ensure that packages are processed efficiently and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Sort packages based on size, destination, or other specified criteria.
• Load and unload packages from delivery trucks.
• Ensure packages are placed on the correct conveyor belts or designated areas.
• Operate sorting machinery or manual equipment as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspect packages for damages and report any issues.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or sorting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
