Position Overview:
As a Third Party Risk Assessment Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our third party relationships, both domestic and international. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and our company's risk management standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform third party risk assessments and due diligence activities as per established policies and procedures
• Identify potential risks and issues associated with third party relationships and work with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, service level agreements, and other relevant documents to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and track third party performance and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement third party risk management training and awareness programs
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements related to third party risk management to ensure company's compliance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in risk management or compliance with a focus on third party risk assessment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to third party risk management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess complex situations and provide practical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with ability to perform thorough reviews and identify potential risks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional certifications such as CTPRP, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or CAMS is a plus.
