To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and engaged EU Product Launch and Customer Success Manager (60%-100%) who will ensure optimal onboarding and integration for our European partner accounts.
Role Overview:
As a Product Launch and Customer Success Manager, you will be part of our European Cryptonow Growth Team, coordinating numerous internal and external interfaces to ensure the smooth integration of our new accounts. You will be the central point of contact for our Cryptonow Retail B2B Accounts (both online and offline) and ensure that Cryptonow and our product lineup are seamlessly integrated and successfully launched in European markets. With your proactive project management and communication skills, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our new accounts. Your dedication will ensure that the Cryptonow world is successfully established with our partners.
Your responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for all our new Cryptonow B2B retail accounts in Europe, ensuring optimal integration and usage of Cryptonow products.
- Lead multiple projects internally and externally, taking full responsibility for coordinating with our Sales, R&D, Production, and Marketing teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance account partner satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Conduct regular check-ins with active account partners and our sales team to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding of new account partners and new European market launches.
- Support accounts in resolving technical and product-specific challenges, collaborating closely with our R&D and Marketing teams.
- Optional 1: If you have a marketing background, you can actively plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline product and market launch campaigns in collaboration with our retail accounts and Cryptonow Marketing team.
- Optional 2: Collaborate with the Marketing team to design attention-grabbing online and offline advertising campaigns for our products.
- Collect and analyze account and market feedback to continuously improve our product development and services.
- Manage complete account communication across various channels, ensuring exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Customer Success, account sales, external project management, or account management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Experience working with B2B accounts and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working in a small (startup) team with high responsibility and the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the team's success.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and other relevant software solutions (SalesForce, PipeDrive, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
