Role Overview:
As a member of Cryptonow’s Finance Team, you will help bring the daily business operations of Cryptonow onto the next level. Working from our office in Vienna, Austria (hybrid model), you’ll collaborate closely with other departments—Operations, Compliance, Legal and Technology—to underpin strategic decisions and support our expansion across Europe. Your role is instrumental in ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and continued business growth in a regulated crypto‑fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Process and record incoming and outgoing invoices
- Prepare and execute payment runs
- Handle expense reports and ensure policy compliance
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist with audits and provide required documentation
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers and financial systems
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast‑growing, regulated crypto environment
- Proactive mindset and passion for contributing to a culture committed to simplicity, boldness and growth
