Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor and maintain budget and expenses related to sales activities
- Actively participate in sales calls and meetings to support and guide team members towards closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead in the market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the water industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and meeting targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
