In this role, you will assist with coordinating wedding-related travel arrangements, researching venues and resorts, and helping ensure a smooth planning experience for clients.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, events, and working in a structured, client-focused environment. No prior experience in wedding planning is required—training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with researching and coordinating destination wedding venues and travel arrangements
- Communicate with clients to gather preferences, timelines, and important details
- Support the booking process for accommodations, group travel, and related services
- Maintain accurate records of client information and planning details
- Provide timely updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
