• Provide detailed information about Vibes & Verbs’ services, products, and pricing.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
