Collaborate with Producers, Executive Producers and our Head of Production to produce exciting digital series and manage the entire production process from ideation to distribution.
Your storytelling ability and attention to detail will be put to the test as you produce captivating digital videos for YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter. With an impeccable sense for storytelling, a passion for details and the ability to plan for “all outcomes” you'll deliver multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they stay within budget. Camera, audio, writing skills a plus!
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute production coordinator and manager tasks
- Develop & monitor production budgets
- Communicate. Communicate. Communicate.
- Responsible for development, production , post production and distribution of digital content
- Must have a passion for digital content
- Writing shoot and edit scripts
- Coordinate and direct shoots
- Oversea post production, while maintaining deadlines throughout.
- Collaborate with designers/project managers/clients for distribution
- Working remotely and on location including international travel as needed to produce on location with talent, crew etc.
- Producing compelling digital video for YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Work well in a fast-paced, fun environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Potential to operate / shoot camera on location
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in a similar job role at agency, brand or production company
- Extensive experience working on digital video content
- A passion + interest for gaming, esports and digital media culture
- Impeccable attention to detail, organisational skills and project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution Oriented
- Network of trusted production resources
- Experience with Premiere Pro and the rest of the adobe suite
- Confident with high profile projects and talent
- Ability to work in a team with a mixture of freelancers and permanent staff
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
- Impeccable eye for design and visualisation
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Ability to work quickly on a variety of projects.
- Understanding of production process
- Great knowledge of what makes a great video and branded content
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, fun environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
It's ideal that you be east coast based, however this is not essential.
This position requires at least three years of experience in a similar role and a confident approach to handling high-profile projects and talent. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and work seamlessly with a diverse team of freelancers and permanent staff.
