Dexerto’s Integrated Marketing team is looking for a Project Manager to help establish and develop the department as a cross-functional role within the organisation. This role is incredibly important in establishing process and accountability amongst key verticals at Dexerto, liaising with staff and reporting into senior management. This role will report into the VP of Marketing with responsibilities that will ultimately span multiple departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage technical delivery of projects within specific Integrated Marketing departments through cross-functional collaboration amongst stakeholders within the broader Dexerto organisation
- Liaise with Account Management and Performance Marketing teams daily on all elements of the ongoing client projects
- Establish standard operating procedures in the collaborative process and handoff between departments and sub-departments (examples: creative producer on IM with editorial video production; paid social with community managers)
- Act as key lead for organising PM software (Click-up) to ensure tasks are being updated and met by members of the team
- Serve as the common thread on projects, managing schedules, deliverables, reporting, priorities and general team resource
- Demonstrate business acumen by producing top-down and bottom-up estimations of scopes and the team resource needed to accomplish tasks
- Lead the development and approval workflow of client contracting and billing alongside Account Director
- Own the delivery of a work stream within large, complex initiatives with minimal oversight, whilst reporting status to the broader IM team
- Ensure quality and consistency across all projects aligns with objectives, strategy and Dexerto brand
