Dexerto is seeking a Director of Talent Management who will lead talent relations for all editorial and commercial initiatives. In this role, you will be fully responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key agencies and managers within the gaming and traditional celebrity industries.
Within this role, you will be expected to establish a long term growth strategy for the Talent Department, working in tandem with Dexerto content leads to develop earned media strategies that grow our relationship with celebrity talent.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility of the management and coordination of the department, communicating effectively across departments and delegating appropriately to direct reports. Celebrity talent will generally be utilized across interviews, shows, podcasts, events, and advertiser campaigns.
This is a position for a dedicated person who is passionate about growing relationships within the gaming scene. The successful candidate will exceed requirements, with the ability to manage issues outside of traditional working hours during emergencies and deployments, and will go above and beyond to ensure the company's continued growth and success.
