Dexerto is seeking a freelance presenter/producer to join our growing video production team to work across our short form social video platforms - applicants will be ideating short form video concepts, writing up a script, presenting and then working with an editor before distributing.
Working Monday to Friday, the successful presenter/producer will have experience in front of camera, an understanding of the Dexerto brand, have an existing home studio setup featuring a good camera, appropriate lighting and a decent microphone, and be able to communicate effectively remotely. Applicants from any location may apply. However, please be aware that the role is East Coast hours, communicating with UK based operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Pitch new projects and series ideas alongside the Senior Short Form Producer and Head of Video Production
- Responsible for ideation, development, shoot, post production and distribution of content
- Creative and innovative approach to storytelling
- Directing editors via script notes and feedback
- Oversee post production edits, ensuring an attention to accuracy, quality and detail
- Collaborate with designers/project managers/clients for distribution
- Ensuring deadlines are met via set content quantities
- Meeting pre-set video performance benchmarks via quality of end product
- Producing compelling digital video for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Work well in a fast-paced, fun environment and the ability to communicate openly with a dynamic team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in producing content. Preferably in a related role, however all formats of experience will be deemed relevant in application.
- Extensive experience working on digital video content.
- Ample understanding of the influencer scene, including talent and events.
- Ability to work in a team with a mixture of freelancers and permanent staff
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
- Impeccable eye for design and visualisation
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Ability to work quickly on a variety of projects.
- Great knowledge of what makes a great video and branded content
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, fun environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
