Dexerto is looking for a freelance games writer to work from home in North America. This is a temporary position and you would be contracted to write a set number of articles a day for five days a week, including two at the weekend. Just send us your CV and examples of your published work.
You should be a versatile writer who is able to source and write compelling stories about big gaming franchises, including the likes of Call of Duty, Overwatch, Fortnite, Diablo, and more.
Requirements
- Understanding and knowledge of gaming
- A snappy and compelling writing style
- Have a keen attention to detail – can spot grammatical errors and fact check
- Able to act independently on writing tasks
- SEO knowledge
- Own computing equipment that can run Photoshop and be able to use it competently
- Experience with content management systems is desirable
- Able to work full-time hours (40)
