Junior Data & Consumer Insights Manager
We're looking for a Junior Data and Consumer Insights Manager to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across the business. In this role, you’ll analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights that drive marketing, product, and strategy initiatives. Responsibilities
- Support internal teams (Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, Production, Ops) with data requests/needs
- End of Campaign reporting, Request for Proposal presentations, Sales Materials, Content performance (web, social, video), general requests
- Communicate with internal teams to understand data gaps and offer new data/insights when available
- Maintain and improve on existing data available to support departmental needs
- Look to maximize value from existing 2nd & 3rd party tools
- Communication with Tool/Data vendors
- Stay up to date with latest opportunities/trends to enhance our data offerings internally
- Data Upkeep/Hygiene
- Maintain internal dashboards/Google Sheets/docs that need to be kept up to date
- Work with commercial team to launch Surveys to address data gaps or bolster current insights
- Proactively solve problems when possible by understanding the needs of each department, asking questions, keeping track of current and new deals coming through Asana, etc
Tools/Skills:
- Intermediate understanding of data storage, ETL, SQL, API’s, and popular marketing software/tools (GWI, GAM, G4, Comscore, SuperMetrics, etc…)
- Intermediate capabilities in Statistics - understanding stat sig, P-value, etc to data/insights can be used commercially/client-facing
- (Ideally) Strong understanding of the gaming/influencer/streaming industry as you will be required to provide insights on campaigns and market activity
- Intermediate understanding of G-suite (Data studio, G4, GAM, Google Sheets, API’s, etc)
- Strong understanding of popular social/video platforms (YouTube, Twitch, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Data analytics, Business intelligence, or similar roles
- Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Data analytics, etc. or a Marketing discipline with a focus on data
